A detailed discussion and physical assessment with patients to narrow down their injury or condition. During this session you will also be provided with treatment techniques to help reach your goals (manual therapy, exercise, self management techniques, IMS/Acupuncture).
Physiotherapy Treatment

During treatment sessions patients will be provided with a wide range of treatment techniques in order to reach their goals. Each treatment session will begin with a reassessment in order to determine the future direction of treatment and to focus on improvements in pain, range of motion, and stiffness.
Massage Therapy

This is an effective treatment that involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body in order to reduce muscle tension, reducing or eliminating pain, improving joint mobility, and reducing stress. Our massage therapists utilize a variety of techniques to ensure you get the most out of your treatment.
