Hi, I'm Madison - some people also call me Maddie, whatever suits you! I'm a Kinesiologist passionate about sharing my love of physical activity and helping people feel better.

Growing up I was very active and dipped my toes in many sports, but stuck with Rhythmic Gymnastics and competed for 15 years. Once my gymnastics days were over, I took up Olympic Weightlifting and continue to participate recreationally at a local gym.
​
I have experience as a Kinesiologist in many sports, including Hockey, Rugby, and Track & Field, and I have coached Rhythmic Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength and Conditioning.
​
I completed the Kinesiology program at the University of Alberta to learn how physical activity can empower people and help them feel better and more confident in both sports and daily life. I love meeting my clients where they are at and watching their confidence grow as they achieve their goals and I'm so excited to be a part of your recovery journey and share my love for movement with you.

Outside the clinic, you can find me baking or reading, and I'll never turn down a walk, run, outdoor activity, or recreational sport with friends.
